MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.00 Title: Tabbouleh Categories: Herb/spice, Middle east, Vegetables, Vegetarian Yield: 1 batch 2/3 c Cracked wheat 1/2 c Chopped fresh mint 2 c Chopped parsley 1 c Chopped tomatoes 3/4 c Olive oil 1/2 c Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 c Chopped green onions (white -- and green parts included) Salt and pepper to taste Soak cracked wheat for 24 hours in cold water.
